The towers and absorbers are designed for sulfur dioxide monohydrate dehydration when producing sulfur acid. The main operating members of the tower are distributing devices, collectors, made of corrosion-resistant materials, channeled separation trays and spray nozzles. Sulfuric acid feed and distribution units are unified. Meeting the requirements of engineering design surfaces contacting with the medium are protected with lead or homogenous lead coating S1, 5mm thick Delivery of towers exceeding 4000mm in diameter is performed in preassembled modules. Final assembly is performed on the Customer’s field site. |
