Four-layer reactor with built-in heat exchangers
The four-layer reactor with built-in heat exchangers is intended for sulfur dioxide (SO2) oxidation into sulfur trioxide (SO3) when producing sulfur acid via contact process.
Details of internal attachments made of carbon steel contacting with the gas are aluminum sprayed (coating thickness 0,15±0,03mm).
The reactor is delivered in preassembled modules. Final assembly is performed on the Customer’s field site.
