Low-flow chamber air coolers of AVMK type are intended for condensation and cooling of vapor, gaseous and liquid mediums, used in technological processes of oil-refining, petrochemical and allied chemical industries.

Depending on applied materials air coolers may be used at medium temperatures up to +300ºC and pressure up to 10MPa (100 kgf/cm2), including vacuum up to 655 Pa (5mm of mercury column).

Air cooler sections are intended for cooling liquid with outlet viscosity up to 5х10-5 m2/s (50 cSt).

The air coolers are intended for operation in macroclimatic regions with mean temperature of air during the coldest five-day week not below minus 40ºC (version U) and  with mean temperature of air during the coldest five-day week not below minus 55ºC (version C), with seismicity  up to magnitude 7 (SNiP II-7) and wind velocity head meeting the requirements of geographical region IV (SNiP 2.01.07).

The air coolers may be horizontal (H) and vertical (V).

On the Customer’s request the air coolers may be equipped with:

  • manually or electrically driven louver;
  • heated air inner recirculation system (louver, recirculation box, wind-proof skirt) – for horizontal air coolers;
  • air heater.
