Tube heaters

Tube heaters are designed for high-temperature heating of oil and oil products during technological processes in oil-refining, petrochemical and gas industries.

Depending on the specific character of technological process, physiochemical properties of heated medium and type of fuel, the heaters may be of the following types: tube, slab, cell-type with vertical tubes, cylindrical and multiple-chamber.

Structurally tube heaters consist of radiation chamber, convection chamber, product coil, gas collector, chimney or flue duct. Tube heaters are equipped with burners. Maintenance of these heaters supposes the use of stairs and service platforms, ladders, exhaust ports, peep-holes, doors, instrumentation nozzles.

Light-weight concrete and fibrous mullite-siliceous materials are used for lining of heater internal surfaces.

To increase heater efficiency the heaters may be manufactured with convection chamber finned tubes and equipped with heat disposal system.
